If you are not completely satisfied with your items we offer a full refund within 7 days of you receiving your goods.

If you would like to return an item please complete our online refund and returns form stating your order details and whether you would like the item to be replaced or refunded. We will get back to you with instructions on how and where to return the item.

Please note that items must be returned unused and in their original state with the original packaging. We are unable to accept any items that have been returned used.

For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returned earings unless faulty.

Please allow up to 30 days to process your refund.
